Our graphic artists can create any logo or design and prepare it for garment decoration.
If you are without a design but have something in mind, our graphic artists can easily bring your vision to life!
PREFERRED FILES
Please make sure that you send your art files in at least 300 dpi or Vector Format.
If unable to provide files in this format, no worries! Let us know and we will be more than happy to help.
THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF FORMATS WE ACCEPT:
•Adobe Illustrator (.AI) - this is our preferred file format. It allows us to adjust the size of your artwork, if required, without issue. Note, please convert text to curves.
•Encapsulated Postscript (.EPS) - most graphic programs can export to this file format, please export to EPS when in doubt.
•Corel Draw (.CDR) - note, please convert text to curves and ideally export to .AI or .EPS.\
Freehand - please convert text to paths and save as .EPS.
•Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) - this format should only be used for photographic images as it is not great for logos or type.
*SPECIAL NOTE: placing a scanned image or an image created in another program into an Illustrator or Corel Draw program does not make the file a "vector image". If artwork supplied does not meet our specifications, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
PREPARING FILES FOR SCREEN PRINTING & TRANSFERS +
Once we have successfully received, or created, your design in the proper art file format - we can then turn it into a film positive! One film positive is required per colour in your design. The format must meet our standards otherwise it is impossible to change the size of your design without distorting the quality. The better quality of design, the better your garment will look once decorated.
PREPARING FILES FOR EMBROIDERY
Once we have successfully received, or created, your design in the proper art file format - we can then digitize your design! This is the first step in the embroidery process. Digitizing is basically converting your graphic file into a language that the embroidery machine can read and understand. We will need you to email your artwork to us so that we can first quote you a price for digitizing your design. If you already have a digitized art file, we accept Tajima DST file formats.
